A great entry in Morricone's career, utilizing driving acoustic guitar, flutes, and choral singing to create a memorable score. Unfortunately, this core concept is used a lot, leading to an entertaining, but very repetitive, album. Making matters worse in this regard, is the addition of stereo versions of certain tracks, which contribute to the presentation's redundancy. Still, it is an interesting and enjoyable score.
